Williams will showcase its latest products for both kitchens and front of house applications at GulfHost 2018. When it comes to maximising kitchen space, the Williams Chef’s Drawer is a versatile and practical solution that stores ingredients right at the cook face. Meanwhile front of house fridges need to be attractive as well as efficient – the latest Williams Wine Cabinet keeps wine in style, at just the right temperature and ideally suited for hotels, restaurants and wine bars’ front of house operations.
The B95 Wine Cabinet is one of a range of specialist front of house display models. It will be on view alongside the latest Deluxe Beverage Cooler (DBC2), a model that features attractive looks, robust construction and a high performance refrigeration system to keep drinks cold, even with repeated door opening.
The Chef’s Drawer is designed to fit perfectly with the latest prime cooking suites, such as the Falcon F900, so that the refrigerated ingredients are right where they are needed, in the heart of the kitchen. Two drawers can be stacked on top of each other, to double storage in the same footprint and allow a refrigerator / freezer combination. The Chef’s Drawer accepts 2/1GN pans, up to 150mm deep, and offers a capacity of up to 94 litres.
