Refrigeration Contracting Office Manager - Doncaster
The main goal of this role, which will cover the central region of the UK - operating out of our Doncaster facility, is to retain existing and develop new business relationships within the commercial refrigeration foodservice sector.
The role will suit a candidate with a strong technical background in refrigeration, or a Sales Engineer looking to move into a customer facing commercial role.

Sales Order Processing Administrator - King's Lynn
To undertake all sales order processing duties in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
Receive and process product enquiries / orders.
Liaise with Sales/Project Managers to ensure product specifications are clearly received.
Process orders via current business system databases and maintenance of records.
Liaise with transport to ensure delivery dates are met.
Liaise with Engineering and Production to ensure timely progression of orders.
Liaise with Purchasing to ensure adequate component supply.
Work flexibly to undertake additional sales administration and commercial tasks as and when required.
To undertake training in support of development of the position and role.
Cross train and support other office administration and commercial functions – for example in providing holiday cover or during staff absence.
Encourage a customer service led team spirit to meet the continual improvement objectives of the business
Clear, professional respectful and courteous communications at all levels of the business in support of customer needs and a happy and harmonious working office environment for colleagues.
Adhere to all company policies including but not limited to the company code of conduct, IT and H & S policies and other guidance notes issued by the company.
Any other ad hoc duties as may be requested by your Line Manager from time to time.
