Williams Refrigeration have returned from a successful Hotelympia 2016 having demonstrated their versatile product range; from reduced depth counters to bespoke coldrooms.
Attracting a large amount of attention was the three panel coldroom which was displaying aged meats, charcuterie and wine storage. Combining glass doors and viewing panels with custom cladding these units highlighted how back-of-house refrigeration can become a focal point front-of-house.
Our range of equipment ideally suited to small kitchens continues to highlight the ever mounting pressure facing commercial kitchens. Our Jade Slimline counter, mobile prep well and undercounter blast chiller continued to be a hit with visitors to the stand.
Williams’ new range of energy efficient hydrocarbon Multidecks was launched at this year’s show. Also on display were two other models from this popular range – highlighting the extensive variety of features and options available including, coloured finishes, impulse snack baskets, ultra bright LED lighting, front sliding doors and self closing hinged doors.
Sales and Marketing Director Malcolm Harling commented “Hotelympia is the shop window for the commercial refrigeration market and we’ve had a really successful show. The stand was one of the busiest we’ve ever had and has given us the chance to not only catch up with existing customers, but meet new ones as well. Teaming up with our sister company Egro, Williams also showcased its new fridge, to bean, to cup system that combined an Egro ONE Top-Milk XP and a customised Williams Aztra to pump the milk directly from the refrigerator - ensuring an ample supply of milk will be available at precise temperatures.
Williams also took the opportunity to showcase its new range of Jade Logic cabinets, designed and built to meet the new Minimum Energy Performance Standard which will come in to force in July 2016. The new models maintain the same sleek look and overall dimensions as previous Jade models but now feature improved condensers, compressors, enhanced airflow and redesigned hinge mechanisms among numerous other improvements.
Other highlights of the Williams Stand included our new freezer counters with drawer models from our Jade and Aztra ranges.
Finally, blast chiller cabinets on show included the WBC10 compact 10kg undercounter model up to the WBCF40 - a combined blast chiller freezer 40kg capacity unit. With advanced airflow, the ability to handle food at 90°C and Williams Easy Blast (WEB) controller the cook chill process has never been made so simple.
