FHA 2026 – one of Asia’s largest food and hospitality trade shows – took place in Singapore last month.
Williams Refrigeration were among the exhibitors, with the Hong Kong team presenting their latest front of house refrigeration solutions across the four day event.
Luxury Display Solutions
The stand centred on a collection of bespoke display units, demonstrating how refrigeration can become a central design statement in hospitality and retail interiors. Highlights included:
Stairway Island Display Chiller – a multi-tiered island unit offering refrigerated display from top to bottom. Available with premium stone and marble cladding finishes.
Mobile Cocktail Station – a mobile unit with an upper garnish drawer, ice bin, sink, cutting board and waste bin included, designed for flexible FoH use. Available with a striking gilded panel exterior.
Wooden Upright Chiller – a pass-through display cabinet with a natural wood exterior and Foodsafe wood grain stainless steel interior.
Luxury Wine Chiller & Upright Mini Bar Chiller – both feature pull-out display racks and translucent marble back walls, bringing a premium finish to wine and beverage service.
Bespoke Pastry, Ice Cream & Ice Well Displays - purpose-built to maintain the ideal temperature and humidity for delicate food items.
Multi-function Display - Operates between -18 / -22°C or +2 / +5°C, making it equally suited to hold ice cream or patisserie. Features double-layer ultra-clear toughened heated film glass for excellent product visibility.
Sustainability at the Core
Sustainability remains at the core of Williams’ innovation. The full range on show featured R290 natural refrigerant and inverter compressors.
This combination ensures reflects Williams’ ongoing commitment to energy efficiency, reducing environmental impact and meeting modern sustainability standards.

Alongside the display range, the team introduced several performance and ergonomic upgrades, including:
Deluxe Wine Cooler - redesigned with a magnetic front panel and fully adjustable wine racks
Mobile heated trolley - designed for easy mobility with a top stainless steel guide
Blast chiller/freezer - now fully optimized for R290
