How much is the carriage charge?
Standard delivery is free of charge unless specified on quotation although this does not apply to all UK postcodes, if in doubt please double check.
What is the warranty on spare parts?
Spare parts are covered by a ninety-day warranty period.
What is your returns policy?
Any parts returned by the buyer to the seller must be received new and unused in a saleable condition (unless faulty) upon receipt, properly packaged and undamaged. Any goods no longer required by the customer after receipt of goods will be issued with a handling charge of £20 plus V.A.T or 15% whichever is greater.
In the event of goods being returned and deemed as non-saleable, no credit will be issued. Returns will only be accepted if returned within thirty days of original supply. Any queries with returns must have a proof of delivery available on request. In the event of a signature not being available a credit will not be issued.
Where can I find the model number and serial number?
The model and serial plate is located on the inside wall of the cabinets. On a Walk In it is inside the room above the door.
