AFE Group Limited t/a Williams Refrigeration (Williams) acknowledges that Aerofoil Energy Limited is the proprietor of several UK registered patents relating to air-guide technology in the form of aerofoils for open fronted refrigerators. Williams also acknowledges that Aerofoil Energy Limited owns the registered trade mark AEROFOIL.
Williams has withdrawn from sale its air-guide marketed as the Illuminated EPOS Rail and taken down all statements that described the Illuminated EPOS Rail as an Aerofin and has removed all references to Aerofoil on its marketing channels. Williams regrets any confusion such branding might have caused.
