Williams Refrigeration returns to Gulfood in 2015 to showcase its quality range of refrigerated cabinets and counters to the Middle East market. Located at the World Trade Centre in Dubai, Gulfood is the world’s biggest annual food and hospitality show.

“Williams has exhibited at Gulfood for many years and has a well-established Sales Office located in Dubai,” says Gerald Coffey, International Sales Manager of Williams. “The Middle East is an important market for us and Gulfood gives us an excellent opportunity to show off our premier refrigeration products and talk to existing and prospective customers.”

This year Williams is showcasing the BC95 Bottle Cooler, the R100 Gem Multideck display counter, the HJ1Jade refrigerated cabinet, the WBCF30 Blast Chiller Freezer and the UBC7 Under Broiler Counter. All are built with Williams’ attention to detail, durability, reliability and all work in high ambient temperatures.

The BC95 bottle cooler has been designed to look stylish and house eye-catching displays of bottled drinks, while at the same time maintaining temperature when doors are continually opened and closed to take out bottles and replenish stock.

Williams back bar bottle coolers are available as single- or double-door versions, manufactured in stainless steel or hardwearing black PVC-coated steel. Glass doors and effective lighting ensure an attractive display, while adjustable shelves enable different sized bottles and cans to be stored efficiently.

The R100 is part of William’s GEM Multideck range, which are proven to be very popular in the grab & go market. The Multidecks range has a raft of options available including sliding front doors, a choice of stainless steel colour finishes and robust LED under-shelf strip lighting.

For smaller cafes and restaurants the Multideck Slimline R Series is ideal, while for larger venues, such as self-service restaurants and canteens, the standard M Series includes models that offer up to 32 cubic litres capacity.
