Williams Refrigeration offers a complete bespoke coldroom system ideal for mortuary, pathology and funeral service applications, used across hospitals, healthcare facilities, undertakers and military settings.
Designed to guarantee the most precise and stable temperature control, Williams mortuary coldrooms ensure the respectful preservation and storage of the deceased while also preventing the growth and spread of pathogens and bacteria.

Flexible Mortuary Coldroom Configurations
Mortuary coldrooms can be fully tailored to individual operational requirements, ranging from single-body chambers through to large multi-body mortuary facilities. Configurations can accommodate different body sizes, with options for body racking systems to maximise cadaver storage and space efficiency.
Dual temperature models combining fridge and freezer chambers are available, with options including side loading or hinged doors, and the coldroom can have a stainless steel or white PVC coated finish.
Williams offers a wide range of accessories, including stainless steel body trays, hydraulic body stackers, platform trolleys and full width body racks.

Robust Modular Construction
Williams coldrooms are built using modular panels featuring high performance insulation. The floor, walls and roof panels have tongue and groove joints that are camlocked together to form a robust structure and a tight thermal envelope that ensures a consistent temperature.
The chambers feature durable stainless steel that is easy to clean and maintain, helping sites uphold the highest standards of hygiene alongside dependable temperature control.
The control panel features visual and audible high and low temperature alarms. In addition, it can be connected to remote monitoring systems that can send alerts, to ensure any issue is quickly dealt with.
Complete Project Support
Williams offers a complete project service, drawing on over four decades of experience designing and manufacturing coldrooms.
Support is available throughout the process, from conceptual design and free site surveys across UK mainland sites, through to formal specification, installation and full aftercare, backed by quality workmanship throughout.
