Reliable Temperature Control
Williams’ Medi+ pharmacy coldrooms feature high performance insulation to help maintain a consistent internal temperature. The floor, walls and roof panels have tongue and groove joints that are camlocked together to form a robust structure and a tight thermal envelope, helping to minimise heat loss, energy consumption and running costs.
For additional protection, the coldrooms can be specified with either 100% backup or two 60% refrigeration systems operating in tandem. With 100% backup, two separate systems run alternately, while the 60% configuration provides additional refrigeration capacity should one system require attention.
The control panel features visual and audible high and low temperature alarms and can be connected to remote monitoring systems that can send alerts, to ensure any issue is quickly dealt with.
