Salad Unit - SU10CT

Product Information

The SU10CT combines 252 litres of internal storage capacity capable of holding four 1/1 GN pans, with cut-out wells to accommodate up to eight 1/6 GN ingredients pans. The easy to clean polypropylene worktop has an overhang of 100mm allow the SU10CT refrigerated salad counter to maximise the working area.

  • Extendable worktop for increased prep area
  • Wells can accomodate GN 1/3 or 1/6 pans
  • Designed for effective operation in high ambient 43°C environments
  • Integral handles for an easy 'grab' on the door
  • Doors are self-closing and fitted with easy to clean, replaceable magnetic balloon gaskets with 100% seal
  • Construction includes polyurethane insulation with zero ODP and low GWP, providing excellent thermal efficiency
