Williams to exhibit at 4 exhibitions in October

Restaurant Show, Healthcare Estates Exhibition, HOST in Milan and the Public Sector Catering Expo.

Catering Equipment Expo

2nd – 4th October. Olympia, London – Stand UH01

Williams’ new blast chiller range gets its first public outing at the Catering Equipment Expo at the Restaurant Show, following its recent launch event. The new blast chiller will be the star of the show – faster, more energy efficient and simple to operate using natural hydrocarbon refrigerant, it offers a greener system that will both enhance productivity and reduce running costs.

The latest Williams Multideck will also be showcased. A combination of re-engineered airflow features, heat exchangers and green refrigerant produce our most energy efficient Multidecks to date. The version on stand at the Restaurant Show also has doors – in tests, these saved up to 60% in energy costs compared to open-fronted models.

Over on the Nelson stand (GG31), visitors will be able to see our stylish Meat Ageing Refrigerator, with the ability to keep meat for extended periods at the ideal temperature and humidity, and the updated Onyx CPC2 prep station with improved efficiency and airflow.

Host 2023

13th – 17th October 2023. Fieramilano, Milan – Stand P24 (Hall 5P)

Williams Refrigeration will showcase its brand new range of blast chiller/freezers at Host 2023. Williams will show the compact WBC10 undercounter model alongside the WBC40, which have capacities of 10kg and 40kg.

We will be joined on the stand by sister company Falcon FoodService Equipment and another focus will be showing how smart thinking and streamlining kitchen layout and design can save space and time. Examples include a Williams Chef’s Drawer with Falcon griddle on top; a Fry Station, including freezer drawer and Falcon fryer; two stacked Chef’s Drawers; and the latest slimline Jade counter.

A big trend in hospitality is meat ageing and showcasing the meat front of house with carefully controlled temperature and humidity levels.  Williams’ latest MAR (Meat Ageing Refrigerator) will be on show, specially dressed for the occasion in one of the company’s Chameleon vinyl wraps.

Taking its inspiration from classic jewellery shop display cases, the Williams JB600 is sure to create a buzz.  This dazzling, high-end front-of-house refrigerated jewellery box cabinet is designed for holding and displaying cakes.

Public Sector Catering Expo 2023

31st October – 1ST November. NAEC Stoneleigh, Warwickshire – Stand 31

Williams will be showcasing one of its latest Multidecks at this years Public Sector Catering Expo. Multidecks are a popular choice by caterers in the public sector, providing a flexible and hygienic method of offering a selection of grab and go products.

While its open-fronted multidecks are extremely energy efficient, tests recently conducted by Williams show that models with doors on the front decrease energy consumption by up to 60%, which is good news for organisations looking to improve their sustainability and cut running costs.

Available with hinged or sliding doors, the latest Gem multidecks use energy saving LEDs and clear, double-walled glass to create an attractive display for products. A full range of customisation options allows them to be specified to exact requirements. For further flexibility, remote refrigeration and the ability to multiplex units is also possible.
