The VRWCD1 Chef’s Drawer delivers bulk fresh or frozen food storage exactly where it’s needed in busy kitchens. Its low level design allows it to suit perfectly with prime cooking stations and offers multi-temperature operation, ensuring ideal temperatures for a variety of food types.
It helps kitchens keep ingredients at their best while adapting to changing menu or storage demands in kitchens with limited space.
- Operating temperature can be set for specific food types, including cheese, meat and ice cream, offering flexible storage
- Stackable capability maximises storage capacity within the same kitchen footprint
- Foodsafe stainless steel construction throughout ensures long-term durability
- Accommodates 2/1 GN pans, up to a depth of 150mm for high capacity storage
- Removable drawers and fittings simplify cleaning
