The VRWCD1S Chef’s Drawer provides bulk fresh or frozen storage in a robust, stacked design that maximises kitchen space. With two independently adjustable multi-temperature drawers, it allows kitchens to store different food types precisely where they’re needed.
- Stacked, multi-temperature operation (+8°C to -22°C) allows two separate food types to be stored at their ideal temperatures while maximising kitchen space
- Durable, foodsafe stainless steel construction throughout
- Two large capacity drawers accommodate 2/1 GN pans up to 150mm deep
- Removable drawers and fittings simplify cleaning
- Removable refrigeration system designed for easy on-site service and maintenance
- Low level swivel and brake castors provide controlled mobility
- Constructed with polyurethane insulation with zero ODP and low GWP, providing excellent thermal efficiency
