The VSWCD1 Chef’s Drawer provides bulk storage for different food types in a space-saving design.
Its side-mounted refrigeration system allows it to fit into tighter kitchen spaces, while multi-temperature capability ensures ingredients are kept at their best and helps kitchens adapt quickly to changing menu or storage demands.
- Operating temperature can be set for specific food types, including cheese, meat and ice cream, for flexible storage
- Stackable capability maximises storage capacity within the same kitchen footprint
- Durable, foodsafe stainless steel construction throughout
- Large drawer capacity accommodates 2/1 GN pans up to 150mm deep
